Some Information About Chi Swing Exerciser
The design of Chi Swing exerciser is based on the traditional Japanese exercise called "Goldfish Exercise", in which feet were swung sideways to create similar movement throughout the whole body. Initially the exercise was performed without any mechanical aids and was not that well known outside of Japan, but the invention of Chi Swing machine made this invigorating exercise easily available to people all around the world.
During a Chi Swing session a rhythmic wave of sideways movement travels through the body releasing tension and stimulating the body's healing and energy systems.
Trials conducted by the manufacturer of Chi Swing with 145 health professionals revealed the following benefits resulting from using the machine:
"... effective in decompressing and articulating hips, knees and spine and improving gut function through the continual passive movement effect" PP, Osteopath
"Using the machine is easy and enjoyable, calms the mind while invigorating the body - fantastic combination. My husband has benefited greatly (he has M.S.). I feel its use for people with conditions like this is very exciting - even when the person feels unable to "take" exercise, it's still possible to use the machine and feel its benefits. I feel sure it helps with overall good health and well-being but is also of use for specific conditions." AA, Aromatherapist
